Just loaded up a couple of Rio Outbound Short fly lines, a floating and an intermediate ready for some piking.
I chose these as I fish in a lot of confined casting venues and wanted something that loaded the rod quickly and with the short head on these I’m hoping they do the trick.
On first appearance the lines scream quality, supple and very slick with a super smooth transition from running line to head but the proof of the pudding will be in the eating as they say.
I will give them a few outings then write up a review here so keep an eye out in the coming weeks to see if these lines stand up to the test.
